We have been looking after our chicks and holding them daily. Unfortunately, Petal had a complication from birth, but a few days away from the rest of the group and she was back on track. We are loving having Petal back with her friends. We all had a special hold of her when she came back. We also noticed that she is smaller than the rest but she catching up fast. We hope you can spot her in the photograph! We have noticed that all the chicks are getting more and more feathers every day. We get very excited when the chicks flap their wings on the carpet.

The children in Reception named the chicks last week and we have Snowy, Ginger, Poppy, Dotty, Chickadee, Fluffy and Petal.
